Here are some tell-tale signs that you may want to change sooner rather than later:   1) Your investment performance is worse than the benchmarks.   Monitoring your investment performance is an important part of assessing your investment strategy. For a given year, what return are you receiving on your accounts? Of course, stocks fluctuate fro
