Ms. Novod is a social studies teacher. Her first son, Saul Welton Novod, was born prematurely on June 7, 2014, and passed away due to complications. His legacy inspired Saul’s Light foundation, which helps meet the needs of families and their babies in the NICU, as they transition home, and in the tragic event of a baby’s death.
