Dr. Bill Schindler   In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Bill Schindler; Associate Professor of Anthropology and Archeology at Washington College and the Founder and Director of the Eastern Shore Food Lab. Dr. Schindler received both his Master's degree and Ph.D. at Temple University. With much of his studies being centered around primitive technologies and various aspects of prehistoric food acquisition, storage, and consumption. He believes that gaining a better understanding of prehistoric life could help us address some of the issues that we face today. And that the lessons learned can be implemented into the diets of modern humans. His studies have taken him all around the world to interact with different cultures and learn about their traditional foodways.
