100pedals Talk

“No matter how dark the present appears, I choose to live for the promise of the future...” This was the first quote I celebrated as I completed my first 100Pedals bike ride on January 1, 2011.  It has been six years since I made the decision that my life, despite the chaos of my son’s addiction, was going to be different. It had to be. If I didn’t do something to change my life, his addiction would continue to destroy me. In today’s blogcast, I reflect on the powerful transformation the 100Pedals commitment has had on my life, how it has helped me find peace despite the chaos of addiction, and why I share this message of hope with parents and loved ones.
