Uneducated, unskilled, but unwilling to give up, Ralph Peterson quit high school at the age of 16 when he was told he was a hands-on learner and destined for manual labor jobs.After working for more than eight years as a laborer for a construction company, Ralph knew he was capable of more. At the ripe old age of twenty-four, he quit his job and returned to school. He earned a General Education Diploma (GED) and enrolled in Community College with dreams of being a writer.
