We turn to a new series in the book of James, who was the brother of Jesus. James opens his letter acknowledging that we will all face trials of some kind. But there is hope because in every trial, God is there. He’s there to help us overcome any test of faith or temptation. All we need to do is turn to Him and ask for His wisdom, which James says will be given to you generously. Whatever trial you find yourself in, don’t go it alone. Call on God.
