Terra Castro is a retired professional Ironman triathlete who moved back to Detroit to start over. Once an elite sports massage therapist, Terra used her love for MOVEMENT + COMMUNITY to create a #BEBOLDCREW that grew into a mobile endurance training & racing team (@beboldcrew) which grew into DETROIT BODY GARAGE: a community based gym in the heart of West Village.
