Disrupt And L.e.a.d.

I'm sooo excited to share this conversation with Karlee!  She represents the beginning of everything since I met her in the early days of being trained by autism to be present and settled, even when life was crazy. She was teaching yoga and I was learning to care for myself and build my home support team. Fast forward 12+ years and we are talking about the beautiful integration of business, holistic nourishment, leadership and boundaries.
