With the evolution of this platform comes a new question that will live at the centre of everything we talk about and communicate. Here’s the question:    What game will you change?    Consider the fact that our world is comprised of hundreds of thousands of systems (or “games”) each guided by a set of values, principles, and rules. I truly believe that our generation is the first generation to be challenging (on mass) the games that have existed for hundreds of years.   It is so important that we continue to expand ourselves as leaders, innovators, and change-changers so that the generation coming up behind us can live in an evolved world. My fried Aric Jackson calls them Generation Leadership, and I love that. Kids growing up today will become the most influential leaders our world has EVER seen.
