Grant is about to launch a brand new book called ‘Be Obsessed Or Be Average’. It’s one I want to read.    The interview got me thinking about how we tend to perceive obsession and addiction. We hear about people who are obsessive-compulsive, and people who are addicted to harmful substances. But what if we all had a obsessive and addictive tendencies hidden within our personalities?
