Last night, the Jays advanced to the America League Division Series (starting tomorrow!!) after beating the Baltimore Orioles in the winner-moves-on Wild Card game. It was EPIC, and ended with a 3-run homer from Edwin Encarnacion.    In this episode, I use baseball and the Jays’ season as a metaphor for Resilience.
