Then she struck out on her own and travelled to New Delhi, then to Mumbai where she landed a job. "I wasn't worried about my mistakes," she said, "I was worried about my knowledge and whatever resources I had." She held on to her moral values and was prepared to quit when a man disrespected her on her first job. She later founded World Woman Fundation which helps young women ages 18 to 35 successfully find their way in the business world. "Women need to collaborate more.
