Stephanie Alston-Nero is a traveling artist-healer-educator and chanter of sacred songs. She uses her art to heal. The Hopi Indian word for heal means return to beauty. Her mission is to restore beauty through Art and shamanic healing practices. She has studied shamanism with Malidoma Patrice Some, learning and participating in healing rituals and ceremonial practices of the Dagara people of Burkina Faso.
