Leadership Expert, CB Baker, lays out the 1st Law of preparation which is “You Can’t Prepare for Something You Don’t Know”. You must know what your goals are in order to prepare to achieve it.When achieving goals people often forget the importance of being prepared. Usually the speed and rate of achieving the desired goal can be directly tied to how well prepared the individuals or organizations are. People also prepare for surface goals only to find the result they got was not the result they were trying to get, being that all things done and not done give us results   This can lead to being frustrated and discouraged when trying to achieve your goal.
