T. Lee Baumann of Birmingham is an author, lecturer and doctor in internal medicine, geriatrics and medical management. His first book, God at the Speed of Light, helped to inspire the TV series "Joan of Arcadia." Baumann has also appeared in two Grizzly Adams television documentaries on the afterlife, CBC's "Tapestry," radio's "Coast-to-Coast," and, recently, an Alabama Public TV documentary on the near-death experience.
