DeeDee Ungetheim (President of the Board) and Terri Ramsey (Board Member + Volunteer Coordinator) join us as they share about the inception of the idea, to raising over $300,000 in their local community, to where they are today in training employees with disabilities for employment. A Special Blend's mission is to employ adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a setting that interacts with the community. They aim to improve the quality of their lives and to broaden the public's perception of people with disabilities.
