Ten Point Coalition: VISION: The Vision of the Indianapolis Ten Point Coalition is to be a catalyst for creating a strategic vision, programmatic structure, and financial resources necessary to save lives of at risk youth from crisis such as violence, drugs, teen-age pregnancy, and chronic unemployment. TARGET The target are youth 14-24 years of age in selected "hot spots" or high at risk areas. These areas have been deemed "high risk" due to the number of homicides that occur in the area. METHOD Method is to engage high risk youth, drug dealers, and gang bangers in order to encourage them to leave a life of crime and violence and make healthier life choices.
