The Funk Monk is a nationwide online directory for bands to find studios to record, videographers, photographers, rental gear, and marketing. Plus Funk Monk is free to bands and to the vendors to list their services. Naru created Funk Monk when she got sick of looking through Craigslist to find a videographer and other services for her friends' bands. After clicking on numerous links leading anywhere but where she was looking to go, Naru decided to make it easy for bands to find and connect with the services that they needed to create, record and get discovered.
