Talk to Your Pharmacist

Today, we have two special guests on the Talk to Your Pharmacist podcast. Dr. Gabriela Falto was born in Puerto Rico. She completed a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences with a Dual program in pharmacy. Dr. Falto obtained a doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from Nova Southeastern University, PR. Since then, she began working as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital pharmacy providing pharmaceutical care to the inpatient population. Later on, Dr. Falto was the clinical pharmacist assigned to the Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant ward in the hospital setting where she monitored and evaluated patient specific drug therapy management plans. Dr. Falto is also the co-creator with friend and colleague Dr. Lisandra Blanco of Instagram page Pharmacists and Pregnancy, focused on pharmaceutical care before, during, and after pregnancy.
