Simply Not Easy

I had the privilege today to engage with people from the mission driven company Alpha Echo. Run by Veterans and focused on developing elite teams. Starting with changing ourselves and our own perspectives. Getting everyone on the same page and building the prerequisite trust. Developing into a connected leader is far different than simply being a manager. Already inspired by the work they do.
