Where The Magic Happens

Hi everyone, in this episode, I speak on one of my experiences under dissociation through which was triggered by a traumatic experience I had at a concert. I speak on catcalling, consent, sexual harassment, PTSD, and more. Again, this is one of the many experiences I've had in this lifetime but I DO NOT speak on where any of what I have with my mental health stems from. I don't speak on any events, traumas, etc that date back as to why I have much added to my mental health; I only speak on that of most recent current events. I am happy and have learned how to heal from these parts of myself so whenever they may come to surface, I continue to learn to feel, embrace, release, and move forward from them.  I also speak on some advice Florence Given, Gary Vee, and close friends of mine share with an experience like this and how to handle these types of situations. I love New York City, but these just so happen to be a few bad days there; these events and individuals can reveal themselves anywhere.  Final
