Sura 36. Yasin : In the Name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Ever-Merciful. 1. Ya-Sin. (Only Allah and the Messenger [blessings and peace be upon him] know the real meaning.) 2. By the Quran, full of Wisdom, 3. You are indeed one of the Messengers, 4. On the Straight Path. 5. This is revealed by Almighty, Ever-Merciful, 6. That you may warn the people whose fathers were (also) not warned. So they are careless and neglectful. 7. In fact Our Command has proved true against most of them. So they will not believe. 8. Surely We have put iron collars round their necks reaching their chins. So they have raised their heads up. 9. And We have set a wall before them and a wall behind them, and We have cast a veil over their eyes so they do not see anything. 10. And it is all the same for them whether you warn or do not warn them, they will not believe. 11. You can only warn him who follows the direction and guidance and fears the Most Kind Lord unseen.
