Although this isn't a typical biohacking episode, in the grand scheme of things, it's one of the most important things we could do as a species to biohack our health and wellness: get back to living in harmony with nature. Last year, I was lucky enough to spend three weeks on the trip of a lifetime with my good friend (and phenomenal photographer) Max Muench, and his company Follow The Tracks. Mongolia had always been high on my list of places to see since I was a teenager, and this was truly the fulfilment of a bucket list item. I had no idea how transformative the trip would be. Not only because the nature and landscape of Mongolia is fascinating and stunning, but because I was able to spend weeks witnessing the human race truly living in harmony with nature, or at least the closest example I've ever seen of that in my own personal life.
