Your colleagues, your team, and your family all depend on you. You have to try and be successful in all aspects of your life. Failure is imminent, but after you fail you have to find new ways of doing things and you have to keep pushing. Success isn't everything but it's necessary in order for you to grow. If a company isn't successful in selling its service or product the company goes under. If you're not successful in bringing home a paycheck it affects your family and your family’s future. It’s your obligation as a human being to be successful. How successful is up to you and your goals. That will be different from person to person. But working toward success is for everyone.
