In this entry, we’re talking about keeping your mother &%$#ing word. It might be seen as old school, but let’s scrap this idea that everything we did in the past was wrong. If you make a commit, be committed to keeping it. It’s a pretty simple philosophy, but one that seems is going into extinction. How many times have you or someone you know been “ghosted” on a date or an appointment. More and more it seems like people couldn’t give a flying &%$# if they waste your time. To put this into context, it’s like someone reaching into your pocket, taking money out of your wallet, then walking away as if nothing happened. Money however is something you can earn back. Once time is gone, it’s gone for good. We’re allowing too many of these scenarios to become common place in our society and it’s time we pretend like it’s no big deal.
