EP 25: Sarah Meline, CSU graduate, She oversees the City’s Waste Reduction and Recycling Assistance Program (WRAP), which supports businesses and multifamily complexes in their waste reduction efforts.  Along with WRAP, Sarah supports a variety of other programs, including the City’s Timberline Recycling Center, recycling A-Z list tool, and the community composting project.
