This week I welcome Julie Tassy, founder of family-run business Ella B. Candles.  Ella B. Candles are all hand-poured, 100% soy, and make great gifts. They've got inspirational messaging which can be customized to show off where you're from as well. Julie and Ella B. are committed to empowering small businesses and they're also doing their best to keep it local. I was so touched by the heart Julie has and the way she communicates about her brand.  I was honored when she agreed to come on the show.
