Discover how Karen, a stay-at-home mom (until her two children were in their teens) has recently taken on the task of reinventing herself. Karen discovered how being a mom is the most challenging job there is! It's also the most rewarding (you Mom's KNOW that!).  Karen finished her bachelor's just in time to greet her daughter as she began her college years. She graduated as her brother walked onto the same campus. Karen's degree and teaching career in education set the stage to a Master's in global management. After working in public charter schools with at-risk students as an administrator and teacher, Karen discovered a love for working with an older population creating customized exercise plans. With her business partners, she opened a studio in Green Valley, AZ. Karen is certified in personal training, clinical exercise, and Pilates. She also apprenticed in reflexology.
