Lisa Thomas, an instructor of business communications at BYU’s Marriott School of Business, said there are four "A's" to remember for great email communication. In this episode of the EdTech podcast, we discussed tips for better business communication that we can all use. Thomas said the first A in this acronym is get people's attention. Then give them an agenda. Layout your argument. And finally, give them a call to action. "Time is money in the business world so getting in to say what you're going to say clearly and setting up the next point of action is important," Thomas said.
