Pep Talks & Fufu

Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda... BUT... you DIDN'T, and that's OKAY! Pep and Miz Fufu serve a heavy portion of Pepper Soup, discussing the unrealistic, societal and cultural norms/expectations, that plague women today. The ladies correlate how these expectations have impacted their mental health as Black women and push back against “pushing through”. Also, Miz Fufu addresses a letter from a listener regarding the pressures of marriage in African culture. Pep encourages listeners not to second guess themselves and to avoid dwelling on the things they cannot control.
