Glen, our new sales manager, has had a lot of experience in the sales world, while also building large sales teams Glen has surprised Kevin over the past couple of months. This is because Kevin did not have that high of expectations when hiring a new sales manager. He assumed that no salesperson could bring in more revenue than himself or Erik. This is because Kevin and Erik know their business the best, sell hard, are confident and passionate, and feel that their expertise allows them to make the most sales.
