Background Elizabeth Green is co-founder, CEO, and editor-in-chief of Chalkbeat. Elizabeth previously co-founded GothamSchools, now Chalkbeat New York, and covered education for The New York Sun and U.S. News & World Report. She has also written about education issues for The New York Times Magazine. Elizabeth serves on the board of the Education Writers Association.
