Best friends, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman were both at the Wells’ home, in Soham, Cambridge, where Holly’s parents were holding a family barbecue. The pair, who were both avid Manchester United supporters, decided to both wear their red Man Utd shirts. Holly’s mother Nicola, decided to take a photo of the girls in their matching outfits. It would be the last photo of the girls alive and one of the most recognizable photographs to ever hit the UK tabloids.
