In place of the old Raleigh Springs Mall, the City is building the new Raleigh Springs Town Center. This development will include a new building for the Memphis Police Department. A new library is also being constructed to replace the aging branch library in Raleigh. The library will feature an open, flexible layout with lots of windows and glass walls for natural light. It will include a Cloud901 tech center, similar to the one in the Benjamin Hooks Library, with state-of-the-art technology and a layout designed to encourage innovation, collaboration and critical thinking.
