Prof. Michael Yelnoski; Dean of the Roger Williams University School of Law #WPRO The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has ordered that the murder conviction of the late Aaron Hernandez in the death of Odin Lloyd be reinstated. The court overturned a long time practice of vacating a conviction in a capital case if a defendant died before a final judgement was rendered.
