We chat with Rocktape Instructor Meghan Helwig, DPT.  Meghan Helwig, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is an expert in manual therapy maintaining a Full Body Certification in Active Release Techniques (ART) and Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) Level 3. She is also a Level 3 Titleist Performance Institute Medical and Fitness provider.
