The "My Coworkers Health" podcast is on a mission to make everyone healthier and hopefully happier along the way... I approach coworkers of mine in the office on a weekly and monthly basis. I inquire about their health, circumstances and ways that I or any company may be able to help them along the way in their journey. This was started from a point of desperation: I was seeing too many people in jobs, positions and circumstances they do not like. I believe true health will get them to their true calling... Let's work to get my coworkers back to their true health and passion!
