Judgement - what is it and do you judge (of course you do - everybody does)! Judgement happens quickly - as quick as 7 seconds or less. Why do we judge?  As much as you hate to admit it we all do. Judging with other people can be a way to bond with one another - this can include put-downs, but it is most hurtful when people question your character, intelligence, beliefs and personal preferences.
