Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez visited Rhode Island, highlighting the free college tuition program being promoted by first-term Gov. Gina Raimondo. In a talk with reporters, he also discussed Democrats' values, the Senate Republican leadership's push for Donald Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court Neil Gorsuch, attempts to repeal the Affordable Care Act and Raimondo's prospects as a possible contender for the 2010 Democratic Presidential nomination.
