Teddy Savas, Deputy Director of the RI Department for Children, Youth and Families and Kim Zandy of 92 PRO-FM, a foster and adoptive parent discuss Rhode Island's efforts to attract more foster families. More than 250 youngsters in the state are in need of placement with a foster family.With grants from the Rhode Island Foundation and the Annie E.
