Enhancing The Human Experience

Have you ever looked and looked for something, only to find it in the place you'd least expect it? This same scenario usually happens when we go looking for happiness and joy. We search and search for it everywhere, and usually only find it when we stop trying to find it and instead just start doing something useful with our time, like helping other people. Lots of wise men and women have given us the detailed map to find joy, but we usually have to go through the whole hunt for ourselves, before we eventually wind up where they told us we'd find the joy we were seeking. In addition to sharing my insights on finding joy, I also share five of my favorite (and I'd say best) quotes on joy, from some of the wise people I mentioned.
