This podcast is a bit different as I interview an incredible woman who isn't currently featured in my book.  I did so because her story is so incredibly powerful, uplifting, and I knew it would change the hearts of thousands.  Seven years ago the unthinkable happened to Amanda's family- her two-year-old boy never woke up from his sleep. This tragedy led her to go on a journey of grief, deep reflection, and understanding the mental health issues that accompanied it.  She is now a voice of hope for those that experience anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. She is a beacon of light in a sometimes dreary world. Get your tissues out for this one- you will need them.
