Science.Coffee will take you on a journey through the universe that exists within your cup. It was Michael Faraday who stated:
“There is no more open door by which you can enter into the study of natural philosophy than by considering the physical phenomena of a candle.”
The same statement can be made for coffee, a plant that we have cultivated across the world and brew into more than 587 million cups per day. Through coffee, we hope to inspire you with an engaging look at what lies beyond the familiar.
