Gina set a pushup goal. Vinnie advised her to start small and take lots of time--more than you think you need--to build up. If you're hurting a lot after your workouts, you might need to slow down. Generally, Vinnie says take what you're doing, slow it down a bit, and then slow it down some more. Start with walking if you need to! And do fewer, higher weight reps on various machines. When you do your reps, do them slower. Really feel the exercise, make your muscles do the work.
