Mostly these are 5ks and 10ks. They come in varying difficulties. They do longer races, too, but Leona has stuck with the 5ks. Two of the races have had super versatile terrains. You have lots of obstacles along the way, including rope climbs and the like. Some are water obstacles, too. There's also a spear throw! She doesn't get a ton of time to train -- she's inconsistent with it. People really support each other and it's a ton of fun. Set a goal and train for one!
