Planning and managing sustainable growth in rural areas creates a dynamic tension for communities. Jeremy Grimes  the City Planner for the City of Sandpoint and regional planner, discusses how three local communities and Bonner County are working together on these issues with the Land Trust to develop a Green Print for development. This collaborative effort is helping to develop a regional master plan for growth that includes all aspects of growth within the local environment.
