Bruce Neckers was president of the State Bar of Michigan from 2001-2002 and is a partner with Rhodes McKee in Grand Rapids, MI. Susan Howard was a referee for the Ingham County Friend of the Court, an adjunct professor for Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and was the first woman to serve as chairperson of the State
