When you are dealing with reality you are powerful. Unfortunately, oftentimes we are not dealing with facts, but are dealing with a skewed view of what is real.  My intention in this podcast is to give you some insight and some ways that you can be more powerful by being able to distinguish or discern when you are dealing with the reality/truth of something or not. And today with all of the varied skewed stories it is more confusing and important to talk about. Who do you believe and what are the facts, what is real—all important to figure out. This is not a podcast about the real vs the fake news, however, I just want to use the media and social media as a way to point out the impact on our lives of what is real and true.
