Synopsis
Omar is from Libya and saw the 2011 Libyan Civil War unfold as a teenager. Omar recaps the war and how this experience affected him as he grew into his 20s. Despite being raised on opposite parts of the globe, host and story-teller connect on topics such as #fakenews, the fear of being left politically in the dark, and the feeling that no matter your background, we are all human and can relate to each other's stories.
