Carrie writes “It’s taken me almost 3 years to write this email. I’ve tried a few times over the years but convinced myself that you probably won’t contact me so I just deleted the other emails. But I have an encounter that happened to me when I was 20 and the details of what I seen will stick with me for the rest of my life! Long story (extremely short:) Me and my x boyfriend was at the boat ramp on Quintette River in Escambia Florida at dusk. The sun was still up enough we could see good but it was starting to set.
